In 1982, father and son team Fritz and Michael Sieber
founded Simba Toys. Now that company has grown to
become the SIMBA DICKIE GROUP with Michael Sieber´s
son Florian Sieber as CEO.
The SIMBA DICKIE GROUP has employees in over
30 different countries. The personal corporate philosophy
of the family „we love to make toys“ is expressed in every
area of a company that values responsibility, credibility,
innovation, quality and service.

After experience in foreign branches and
in the worldwide production plants of the
SIMBA DICKIE GROUP as assistant to
the Board, he and his father Michael Sieber
took over the traditional manufacturer
Märklin in Göppingen.
He managed the sales and marketing division
of Märklin for 5 years and successfully
realigned the company as managing partner
in a difficult market environment. In addition
to his position at Märklin, he returned to the SIMBA DICKIE GROUP in a new role as
CO-CEO end of 2018. On 1 May 2021 Florian Sieber has become the new CEO of the
SIMBA DICKIE GROUP.

Manfred Duschl
Manfred Duschl has been a key figure
in the company since 1989. Joining the
business as the company's Commercial
Manager, he was granted power of
procuration in 1990 and has been a
Managing Director and CFO since 1995.
Today he is responsible for all commercial
activities of the SIMBA DICKIE GROUP, with
management responsibility for the
Accountancy, Controlling and Financial
Departments, IT and HR.

Uwe Weiler
In 1993 the SIMBA DICKIE GROUP was
lucky to have Uwe Weiler join the company
as Director of Simba Toys Hong Kong.
Five very successful years later he returned
to Germany to take over management of
the Sales Department.
In 2003 Uwe Weiler was promoted to be
COO overseeing Dickie Toys, Schuco and
Dickie Tamiya. Today his responsibilities
include Smoby Toys and BIG, as well as
heading up the Marketing, Sales and
Product Management Departments.
